Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 30 minutes before the start time. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances\n🌆 Balcony Room & Overnight Stay tickets: Once this is purchased\, the Mondrian will reach out to you to confirm your reservation within 48 hours. The overnight stay is covered in the ticket price. Balcony rooms are located in rooms on the 16th\, 17th\, 18th\, and 19th floors overlooking the 15th floor terrace on both the 30th Street & Park Avenue side.
